Ichiban restaurant is a Japanese-style hibachi steakhouse. Our locally owned and operated establishments have been in Columbus since 2005. At Ichiban, the meal is prepared and served by a masterful chef, right at your table. Entrees are chosen from fresh seafood, chicken, tender steak and vegetables. Our seafood sauce(also known as Yum Yum Sauce) and ginger sauce are offered with every meal. As your meal is being prepared, the chef performs a small show for you. The show can range from juggling utensils, flipping a shrimp tail into his shirt pocket, tossing an egg up in the air and splitting it with his spatulas, or a flaming onion volcano.
